Zero-tolerance policy against Bootleggers:

IncubusView maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any persons selling music distributed by IncubusView.com or any other music exchange web page.

IncubusView and the Incubus fan community maintain a steady vigil against people that try to profit from the selling of discs by:

Closely monitoring online auction houses (eBay™, Yahoo! ® Auctions and Amazon.com Auctions).

Blocking the IP address of known offenders from IncubusView.com web and FTP servers.

Removing and banning known offenders from all IncubusView mailing lists.

All instances of bootleg selling should be reported to the appropriate authorities.

The Incubus fan community has had a hign success rate of getting such auctions removed by using the following resources:

ebay™- Safe Harbor Web Page (as of 10/17/99, the auction of CD-R discs on Ebay™ is not authorized)

Yahoo!® Auctions
- email: auctions-abuse@yahoo-inc.com

Amazon.com Auctions
- Copyright & Trademark Violation Web Page
